By now, I’m sure you know how much I LOVE hair accesories, bows, headbands, etc.
But to be able to use them all, one must have nice hair, lets be honest, some of the hair accessories look terrible in some types of hair.
When I was little my hair used to be straight and perfect (according to my standards at this time of my life)
Look at my hair when I was little:
I was between probably 3 and 6 years old in each picture.
I don’t know what happened then, but growing up, made my hair look awful, dry, full of frizz, to the point that I had to always use pony tails and headbands so I would look at least ok.
Seriously, it was a REALLY BAD, beauty time for me.
I spent half my young years in hair treatments, my hair eventually got better and healtier, but still was always to curly to handle for me. Still I could begin using my hair lose and I basicaly said bye-bye to pony tails.
Getting your hair straighten the brazilian, italian, american or whatever way there is, is a boom, and last year, I decided I was going to try it. I knew I wasn’t going to have perfectly straighten hair, but it made my hair less curly, which I loved it. It’s been a year now and I feel my hair better, but since I still love having my hair straight…. believe it or not I found a really good product that helps me a lot.
The brand John Frieda wasn’t unfamiliar for me, and my old hair stylist recommended it to us a long time ago. My mom uses on of their shampoo and conditioner. So while watching a live stream of Pretty Little Liars, I saw the advertising of John Frieda’s Frizz-Ease 3 Day Straight Semi-Permanent Styling Spray For Curly Hair, I took a chance on it and bought it and asked my cousin to bring it to me, since she was coming and I didn’t want to pay lots for the shipping. It has been pretty helpful, and leaves my hair almost, like if I went to the salon.
I just spray it on my wet hair, let it dry, and then flat iron it. Done! Takes one hour (for the amount of hair I have) but really is the best product I ever tried. I’ll see when I can get more of it, because is a product worth of using and sharing.
