It isn’t a secret to anyone that at this moment of my life I hate my natural hair, which will lead me to try every single product in the peruvian and not so peruvian market that will make my hair “easily” straight. Besides the fact that I can’t stand my curly hair anymore, I came to slowly find out that, my curly hair makes me look even fatter than I already am, while straighten hair, does the complete opposite.
It is true that sometimes I do go to the hair saloon and get my hair straighten, but I can’t do it all the time and I need products that will end up being “cheap” and that will make the process kind of effortless, despite the amount of hair I have, which is a lot.
So, when my cousin, recommended me this product, and told me that she’ll bring me one, I was happy, but after researching a bit on the internet, I wasn’t that much happy anymore, because I could only read negative reviews. The only bad thing she told me, is that if you use a little bit too much oil, your hair will look like I haven’t showered in a week.
This is the description of the product:
Rich Brazilian cocoa nut oils combined with hydrolyzed keratin protein instantly add a glossy, lustrous sheen to any hair type. Transform your hair into silky smooth locks. Keeps your locks glossy with a healthy-looking glow. An exclusive blend of antioxidant rich organic coconut oil along with rich keratin proteins infuse to strengthen the hair, while organic avocado oils and cocoa butter smooth the cuticle for straight, strong tresses adding a brilliant glow and luminescent shine.
If you get it, make sure to use it with your hair still humid, and when you are going to blow dry your hair, otherwise it won’t work, I mean if you pretend that it will work if you use it and flat iron your hair, it won’t. I tried it, and I didn’t know I had to blow dry my hair first.
When I started using it right, I mean, blow drying my hair was easy and my hair would look shiny and without frizz (or the most without frizz a hair would look like when I blow dry it :]) and later using my flat iron for better results (with my hair I do need them) was even easier.
So I totally recommend it, you can get it as far as I know, on Amazon.
