Do we really need to impulse shop? That’s what I have actually asked myself after my attempt on impuslive shopping today.
Sometimes I give myself the most stupid reasons to gift myself with something. Indeed I consrider that my closet need to grow a lot more according to my style, but do I really always need to get me something everytime I decided: Oh, let’s online shop? NO! I actually, and I guess we all need save money somehow if we are not really profiting from our blogs right? Sometimes getting yourself stuff in moments of “need” it’s ok, but always, like I sometimes act? No.
Anyways, today, I burnt my hand trying to make coffee at the officce, stupid accident, when for the first time the water dispenser actually dispenses extremely warm water. A little drop made me throw more hot water(with coffee) on the already burnt hand and I had to rush to the clinic. So today I said to myself, You got burnt and rushed to the hospital, let’s shop at ASOS, so I saved for later a lot of pieces and selected the ones that I liked/needed the most. Then I felt bad and said to myself? Ok, which of this pieces do you need the most? The tops? The trousers? The lashes and self taner? Or the PJ shorts? I have false lashes, a new pair can wait, I can live without a pair of “elegant” trousers for a while. I still can get a lot of tops all around the internet, I still can tan at the beach, but I don’t really have proper PJ shorts, specially for this summer. And also, after booking some kind of PJ Party – PLL Marathon date, when he comes back from Colombia, decided that the shorts where what I needed the most.
Have to admit that I feel proud of myself for reducing a almost $50 shopping bag to a $13 and acutally getting what I really need and not buying on THAT impulse, because I still consider that this was kind of an impulse shopping spree.
What did I got myself in the end?
Esprit Denim Flower PJ Short – Broken White
