My new fitness journey: week 1
Hi guys! How are you? I’m doing good fine trying to rest the sore muscles and myself. I’ve re-joined a gym, that I previously join to help me lose weight, because even if I might accept my curves and body, it wasn’t good for my health and something needed to be done.
Gotta be honest I still want to look skinnier so things will fit better. Finding clothes for plus size girls or “in betweeners” in this country has always been very hard. And sometimes online retailers have boring clothes for these sizes.

Anyways, this new enrollment is for 18 weeks, so a little bit more than 4 months or 4 1/2 months. So I’m in for the long run. I enrolled to their RPM’50 (Reducción de peso y medidas). It lasts 50 minutes where you do different workouts. For example, on mondays, wednesdays and fridays, you do steps, some workouts with 1kg weights and then different types of functional training. And on Tuesdays and Thursdays, you do taebo, abs and more functional training.
You guys have no idea how much I sweat and how hard it has been for my body to get use to these workouts but it’s gonna be awesome. Also, they offer you nutritional help, so a nutritionist gives you a diet to help you achieve your goals.
So far during this first week I’ve lost around 3 pounds or a bit more than a 1kg. I’m so happy, it’s just hard work and healthier eating. If you are interested, please write me an email so I can refer you to one of their sale persons. As for now they have 50% off on their 12 and 16 week programs.
