that suede necklace

Hey lovelies,

This isn’t entirely an outfit post but I did wanted to share with you this new amazing accessory that I just got in my hands. I think that by looking at most of my ootds or post or going back on my blog’s archive, you’ll notice that I’m not much of a accessories user and mostly not a big and showy ones. I hate big earrings, I always feel dumb when I wear them and I feel that they don’t look good on me, I basically don’t wear rings and when it comes to bracelets, when I wear them, they tend to be very simple and fine, same as with the necklaces. But this time I think I’ve found the it necklace for me.

Now that chokers are full on back being trendy, I surfed around na-kd.com and found the perfect one.  Probably this is something I could have simply diyed but, let’s be honest, I’m not in the mood of going out and walking around Lima to find an specific piece of fabric. And for $10 and free express shipping worldwide, I said: why not? You can check it out here and also this very similar one I also want to get.

As you can see its a very simple accessory but it makes the outfit look very chic and trendy, don’t you think? And for the first time, I don’t feel like an idiot and I love wearing it.

Este no es un outfit post completo por decirlo de alguna manera, pero quería compartir con ustedes un accesorio que compré recientemente y que me parece espectacular.  Si me conocen y han visto mis ootds o post anteriores, habrán notado que no soy una chica que use muchos accesorios, especialmente no los grandes y llamativos. Por ejemplo, odio los aretes grandes, me siento tonta cuando los uso y siempre siento que me veo terrible con ellos, casi no uso anillos, y cuando se trata de pulseras y collares, cuando los uso, suelen ser finos y simples. Pero creo que he encontrado el collar perfecto para mi, especialmente que los chokers están en toda tendencia otra vez. Paseándome por na-kd.com encontré el collar perfecto. Acepto que es algo que es digno de un DIY, pero yo no estoy de animo para recorrer Lima buscando un pedazo de tela específico y por $10 y envío express gratuito internacional, me dije a mi misma, ¿Por qué no? Pueden verlo aquí, y este que también quiero y es muy similar. 

 


Como pueden ver es un accesorio súper simple, pero que le da un toque súper chic y trendy a tu look, ¿No lo creen? Y lo mejor es que por primera vez, no me siento nada tonta usándolo y me encanta tenerlo puesto.

    I'm the same, I usually don't wear big necklaces and earrings, and I go for simple pieces when I want to add jewellery to an outfit.       yes indeed, I didn't because I felt that probably the cost of going out and getting it was the same as paying for it on a store (that included international express shipping), but definitively its DIY-able in every color!
